Yes, you can do this by turning off the option for "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On" and turning on the option for "Trade >> Show Market Data Columns". Then in the "Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns" remove the Bid/Ask Size columns (you will have the Buy/Sell Orders columns, but these will not actually show anything).
