We are in the process of changing our windows. The old style is what you see when you add a study to a chart and open the settings for it. These were all built using standard Windows tools. The settings windows (such as Chart >> Chart Settings) is our new style, where we have developed these completely ourselves, so we have no reliance on Microsoft for these.
