What you are seeing is correct for the order types you have. Keep in mind that a Sell order below the current price means that the current Market price is already at a better price, therefore the market will fill that order at the Market (and the opposite for Buy orders). If you want to place a Sell Limit order below the current price, then it needs to be a "Sell Stop Limit".
