OK. Sounds great. Digressing here -If I somehow was able to get the object (as desired) and then set its value by accident while the other process/ study was actively using it - this would likely cause an access violation and possible page fault or even Windows blue screen. I'm not looking for any of that. I was able to figure out most of the logic of how the colors are assigned - and this was may goal anyways.
