Hello! Another question going in the same way please. As I wont renew my subscription in the next days (only data feed subscription need to be cancelled as I dont know if I'll lose the remaining days if cancel it now), I will have a service surplus of a certain amount of money that I'd like to be refunded. How do you suggest me to proceed, please? Thank you. Note: My subscription cancellation has nothing to do with the quality of the platform or anything like that. I consider Sierra Chart probably one of the best plateform out there, very versatile and with lots of capabilities, above every other platforms. |
