Make sure you are selecting/entering the symbol with the -NQTV suffix (IBM-NQTV). This tells the system that you are wanting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Otherwise, if you enter the standard stock symbol (IBM), then that will give you the data for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, which will be delayed since you do not have that exchange active.
