Keep in mind the coloring is completely separate from what is displayed. What is the setting for how the numbers are displayed (i.e. what is the setting for Column 2 Numbers Bars Text)? If you are wanting "Up" colors for positive numbers and "Down" colors for negative numbers, then you will need to align what is displayed with how it is colored.
