First you need to isolate the data between 07:30 and 07:40. To get all the Lows in this time use the following formula in Cell 3 of the a formula column: =IF(AND(FRACTIME(A3) >= TIME(07, 30, 00), FRACTIME(A3) <= TIME(07, 40, 00)), ID0.SG3@3, 0) Then you can use the MIN() to get the lowest value in that column.
