Before you do the update, please select "Help >> About" and check the version you are running in that instance. Make sure it is not 2590, and then select "Help >> Download PreRelease" to perform the update to version 2590 and it should work. If it does not install properly, then select the button at the top of the Installer for "Send Log to Support" and then let us know you have done this by posting in this thread.
