Keep in mind, the Cumulative Last Size only accumulates for a single price level. When the price changes, the Cumulative Last Size resets to zero. Therefore, in the second scenario you reference, the price changed with the 21 sells, again with the 2 buys, and again with the 8 sells. So the only value that will be displayed is the 8.
