Is this a particular Chartbook for which you are having a problem, or is it an entire installation? Also, we need to know exactly what is stated in the Red Box that you are getting. And finally, we need to know what "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set to for this installation where you are having trouble.
