When a chart is set to "Use Global Time Zone", then it is going to use whatever the "Global Time Zone" is set to. That option is set through "Global Settings >> Time Zone". Therefore, you would need to look at how you have that Global Time Zone set to determine what you want to do. We recommend setting the "Global Time Zone" to the time zone you want to use for most, if not all, of your charts and then only changing the individual charts time zone for specific reasons. You would then set your Session Times based on the Global Time Zone setting.
