We are not sure what exactly is occurring there, but the easy solution is to set the Volume by Price study to have the Input for "Volume Graph Period Type" to be set to "Multiple Profiles Based on Bar Count" and set the "Number of Bars for 'Based on Bar Count'" to "1".
