The internal drive I have is a M.2 NVMe PCI 4.0 SSD. It is plenty fast (just small) and since I read that sierra recommends installing it onto a separate disk alltogether, I only have the option to use a usb or thunderbolt drive. Do you know what kind of drive you had before? And what the speeds were? That might give me a benchmark. |
