Tick size is set to 0.25 as per ES contract settings. Indeed, I use Chrosshairs. When I point with the Chrosshairs over the chart area price changes in 0.25 increments. However, if I point with the Crosshairs to the DOM of the same chart, then price changes in 0.01 increments and this makes it a bit difficult to place orders to the exact tick.
