As you suggested, I used the zip installer in order to install to the latest version, which worked. I also get new data but there seems to be a problem connecting to old data (I cannot properly "Download and delete" past data, getting an error message with a strange red rectangle error message that I have never seen befor) and I can't "Get Symbols" for Binanace, Bitfinex etc. Everything worked fine before the update... Log sent
