Are the Take Profit and Stop Loss being entered as Attached Orders with the primary order, or are these completely separate orders that you are entering? As separate orders, this is correct functioning, as there is nothing that ties these together such that when the TP is hit the SL is closed out. To do this, you need to enter the orders as Attached Orders so that they are part of an OCO (Order Cancels Order) group.
