The problem is that you are using a "Historical Chart". in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Chart Data Type" change it to "Intraday Chart Only". This should resolve the main issue. You may also want to change the "Ticks per Volume Bar" for the Volume Profile Inputs to be 1 or 2.
