Post From: Non-Professional Certification form with no Middle Name

When I try to fill out the Exchange Agreement for the Non-Professional Certification in the name blanks it has for first, middle and last name. I do not have a middle name and when I leave this area blank I get an error "This field is required." when trying to submit the form. What should I put in the Subscriber Middle Name field to be able to submit the form?
