Are you entering the Stock symbol with the "-NQTV" suffix? Without this, you are not getting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Are you getting regular Market Depth data properly? Are you certain you have the correct columns displayed for the Market By Order data (Bid/Ask Market Orders Column)?
