I have just paid 36USD for Base Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5). I want to use the TPO chart only and I do not mind having delayed data. I cannot access the TPO even when I select SC Data - All Services in thhe service settings. The error message I am getting is Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Please help.
