If this is truly an issue with the study due to a version difference, then the creator of the study would need to update it for the current release. One other possibility is that the study has to be properly setup if it is being used in a region other than region 1. Our "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" does this, where if you do not change any of the Inputs and just set it to Region 2 with an Alert Condition of "=1" (so the alert is always true for all bars), if you then move the Main Price Graph into the region the bars will color and will not color when out of the region.
