We are not seeing any issues with the chart you sent us. The bars are all a range of 5, except when a new session starts, in which case the previous bar may be cut short, since you have "New Bar at Session Start" set to "Yes". Also, the Bar Period is set to "Range per Bar - True". You mention that you had it set to "Range per Bar - New Bar at Range Met".
