Like we said - when you first pull it down, you will not see the buttons separate, but once you can view the "Help" button by itself, what is left is the actual "Close" button. So you can click on this to close the window. From the Quote Board we see that the size does not stay, so it is constantly resizing to the smaller window requiring opening it further each time.
