Your Session Times happen to be set in just such a way that it is hitting an edge case in the calculation when it is trying to determine whether the Evening Session starts in the previous day or not. If you can, change the start of the Day Session to "00:00:02" and the end of the Evening Session to "00:00:01". This will solve the problem.
