It is one chart, but it has a number of text studies I've created for it. That is probably what you are seeing. I noticed today that my period timer, for the 5 min chart I provided to you, counts down every 5 seconds: 4:35; 4:30; 4:25, etc. Perhaps this info will help. I believe I followed the instructions in the link you provided regarding downloading the data. Not sure why it is incomplete. I want to make it as easy on your end as possible.
