I made some changes to my account and played around with the packages, it seems that every time I made a change I was fully charged but didnt use the service. are you guys refunding the account and making changes to prorated rates ? I had about 200 days left on my original package, then bought package 5 and didnt use it but was fully charged and then bought package 10 and fully charged. |
