In order to have access to the TPO (along with a few other features), you need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages. Right now you are on the "Base Standard" package which does not have support for the TPO. We do see that your account has been setup to Evaluate Package 12 through January 6, 2024. Therefore, you now have the ability to use the TPOs and the other features of this package. Note that this is an "Evaluation" and not a trial, therefore you have to continue to have a paid package in order to have the use of Package 12.
