TODO: Please also fix Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services to clarify that you don't support Binance. I was induced to make a purchase of your software based, in part, on this advertising - which would now be misleading. I do not wish to continue to use Sierra Chart. Can you please process a refund of my recent purchase and any un-used services balance? I would not like to have to open a dispute with my card issuer to evidence that the software did not perform as advertised. |
