1) select the text color 2) select a default color or 3) select a custom color slot 3.5) select a color using the 2 sliders or enter a RGB value 4) Add If you want to see the RGB codes for a default color, select it and the lower right will show the values maybe try Red 0, Green 128, Blue 255 See attachment.
