What is happening that is preventing you from trading?

If the "Global Profit/Loss Management" kicked in to stop your trading, then refer to the following:
Global Profit/Loss Management: Lock Trading >> Lock After Positions Flattened

If this is something else, then we would need to know what it is.

In terms of your position being closed early, you would need to look through the "Trade Activity Log" to find the order that was sent that did this, and then look at the "OrderActionSource" to determine the origin of that order. Refer to the following:
