Actually, the settings prescribed in the link above were (and are) the settings that I am using. For whatever reason(s), when I enter the replay environment and to to a past date, whether a couple of months ago or earlier in June, the replay just appears to be frozen. I can manually make it skip to the next bar, but that is all.
