I have downloaded Sierra Charts and have opened it for the first time. upon opening it, everything is visible but the chart. its a black screen. The ExampleChartbook is not visible. Im hoping is a setting issue. I have not received the SMS to verify the trial but my account portal says the trial is active. Anyone experience this before? |
