The option to use a single network buffer, changes the behavior like it always was. This is definite. If you are having poor performance this is strictly a Wine issue. We would not know why this is happening other than we know that the network I/O performance in Wine is not good when Overlapped I/O is being used. There is nothing we can do to help with this at all.
