Hey Team, I updated my data package 11 on the 1st of November which says on your website that it is supposed to be renewed on the 1st of every month. Why am I getting a notification for the update of the service package on 17 November 2023? I am on an express-funded account with a prop trading firm but how could the information provided on the control panel be different from the notifications sent to my account? I have attached a copy of the notification, can you please have a look and get back to me at your earliest convenience |
