To clarify the issue, I could move my chart around freely up, down left right, now the hand tool cant do so? Is this a bug with new version? I deleted the old version and just opened this one, was I meant to keep both? I am running Sierra chart application from my virtual windows desktop/ which is also my mac desktop with parallells. Thank you. |
