You can not use the subgraphs from the TPO study itself, those are there to control the colors and the widths, they do not have the information you want. You will need to use the "Initial Balance" study to do what you want. Note that you can not add this directly to the TPO chart, so you will have to have another chart for this study and then create the alert based on this study.
