Dear Sirs: Yesterday I upgraded my subscription to level 12. I took the following steps on CL & ES futures charts: (1) Checked level 12 subscription was active; (2) I followed the SC steps for activation and tried it on both the Chart - & Tradings DOM's, on a new and existing chart; (3) Repeated step 2 a second time; (4) Turned Custom Symbol settings On/ Off; On a recheck this morning the data is still not showing up in the assigned columns. How may I resolve it issue? With thanks, Ben |
