In the post next to their name is a link that states "Direct Message". Select that and then select the button on the next page for "Request Permission from User". At the top of the Support Board page are links for items including "Direct Messages". Select that link to then have a direct conversation with that person. You can also use the "Chat" feature for instant messaging, but the other person has to allow their account to be found. Best to first setup the Direct Message and then you can setup the Chat if you want to do that.
