Please find below the attached chart. Thanks LE: Update: While playing with the options in tools again, what I realized, after switching to "zoom in" tool and selecting an area, then returning to "hand" the issue is no longer present. LE2: Actually, "Cancel Zoom in" brings back the issue. I need to do this in all charts, however unfortunately, it does not persist after save and restart.
