Hi Sierra Support, I'm having an issue with loading up a chartbook a friend of mine sent me to review. He does not have a problem with loading it in at all. I've read in the forums that is has to do with downloading an older version of Sierra Charts and doing it like that, but I have not found a concrete solution yet. Could you explain me how to do it?
