Make sure you follow the SC instructions to setup the connection & API!!


My procedure to verify the account:



1) Its mandatory for me to log in into the live account on TWS to make this work. Wait until TWS is fully running.

2) Once TWS is running start SC

I USE A SPECIFIC CHARTBOOK FOR THE FOLLOWING SO MY Rithmic SYMBOLS & CHARTBOOKS DONT GET MESSED UP !!

3) connect to Denali as usual

4) disconnect

5) switch to interactive brokers service

6) wait for 10-15 seconds until everything is running and there are no new messages in the log
I wait until all data has been downloaded through interactive (Specific chartbook with only little data to load ;-) )

green light?

7) disconnect

8) connect to rithmic/denali data

"Switch Symbol to match service bla bla bla....?" --> DECLINE !!

9) wait for 10-15 seconds until everything is running and there are no new messages in the log

10) check status on the website --> if not updated repeat step 4 to 9


While typing this I did the steps & my account got verified until 22. Nov 2023.
