I confirm what @User584084 wrote:

In case of SB there is a difference between how SC displays the price format vs what IB uses.
The displayed pricing differs based on what data/trade service the SC instance is connected to (SC All Data or IB) because IB does not follow the 'official' pricing format as set by ICE and the only way to fix this is to change the symbol settings of the SB.

The same issue happens with couple other symbols, where IB uses a different pricing than the official.

In the past, when SC still provided data for ICE, I solved this by running a separate instance connected to SC All Data for charting, and another one that was connected to IB for execution.

On the first chart example above, you are seemingly having mixed data - the displayed symbol is the SC supported symbol, but part of the chart is seemingly from the IB datafeed and the last bar is from the SC feed.

A workaround could be to run a separate instance that you connect to IB and turn off the support SC data in the Data/Trade services settings. Then browse for the proper SB symbol using the File Find symbol and select and display the correct IB formated symbol.

In brief, you either have to use the SC symbol format or the IB format and not mix them.
Hope this helps.
