You have activated the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape", therefore you need to enter the symbols as standard stock symbols (SPY, not SPY-NQTV). The -NQTV specifies that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange, and not the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape.
