You have your package selection set to "Package 10 - Integrated Standard - 6 Months" which costs $172.80. At some point when you were changing it, you must have selected the 6 month option by accident. You just need to change your selected package to what you want it to be when you renew. Also, you are correct that you need to be on Package 11 in order to use the Numbers Bars study.
