I am running SC 2540 & IB TWS Version 10.24.1a using Interactive Brokers as the Current Selected Service in SC. I have no problem downloading 30 days of intraday data for stocks, futures, or commodities using IBKR real-time data feeds.' Try AMZN-STK-SMART-USD as the symbol in SC instead of just AMZN.
