Most likely these would be order rejections related to Rithmic.

When this occurs, select "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and if there are rejections, they will be listed in there. Refer to the following:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log

Also check the "Orders" on your "Trade Activity Log" and make sure the attached orders were sent.
