i have a problem, where sometimes at the US open immediately, immediately my trade executes, using market orders, i dont get my TP and SL set and yet i have attached orders enabled, that only happens on the first trade and there afterwards all subsequent trades have attached orders working properly. Why is that the case? I use rithmic
