Reading this old thread, http://www.sierrachart.com/supportboard/showthread.php?t=29554 it seems the work-around is to click on the tabs of each window inside a chart book in the reverse order in which you want them tiled. Then click on Tile. However, it seems there is no difference between Tile Horizontally and Vertically. they are always tiled vertically . .
