There is not an option to have a different font for the Numbers Bars (or for studies in general) from the main Chart Font. With regards to the spacing of the Bid and Ask, there are a few options in the Numbers Bars Input for "Numbers Separator Character". The one that is going to give the smallest spacing is the Vertical Line '|'.
